Roles & Responsibilities
Your main mission will be to build, manage and grow Ballantyne’s online social communities and increase engagement. Your goal will be to speed up interest, loyalty and word of mouth on the brand, interacting directly with users through the production and creation of content. The main KPIs of your activity will be the growth of Ballantyne’s social share of voice and the fanbase growth and engagement rate on proprietary channels.
· Produce engaging content to educate and inspire our community (Tiktok, Instagram Reels, digital illustrations and videos)
· Support in copywriting for all digital assets (social posts, corporate website)
· Build a strong presence on SM (community management)
· Digital PR (influencer/blogger endorsement and gifting)
Skills/Experience
· English native, or speak the language at a mother-tongue level and have expert level knowledge
· Adobe Photophop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
· Proven knowledge of content creation of Instagram and Tiktok
· Highly enthusiastic and transmit energy into online and written interactions.
