To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist to join our Communications team in Ukraine. Working closely with our Communications Manager, the person in this role will focus on representing the voice of Grammarly’s brand across social media channels in Ukraine and will contribute to various communications projects. Since the Communications team collaborates with many different teams across Grammarly, this role will also get exposure to Recruitment Marketing, Brand, Design, and more.
Your impact
As a Social Media and Content Specialist, you will manage Grammarly’s employer brand presence across social media in Ukraine and develop your skills in copywriting, project management, analytics, design, social media advertising, and overall communications campaign planning.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop and execute on Grammarly’s social strategy for Ukraine and provide recommendations for social channels optimization.
- Manage the content calendar for Grammarly’s social media channels in Ukraine, including weekly planning, daily publishing, and ensuring content goes out correctly and on time.
- Own the copy creation for social media needs and take on other content creation projects for Grammarly’s communications in Ukrainian.
- Develop social-first images and videos in cooperation with the Design team and edit existing social templates.
- Track and report on monthly channel performance.
- Work with social media advertising and launch campaigns across channels.
- Support the content development for other brand channels with translation and copywriting.
We’re looking for someone who
- Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
- Has 2+ years of experience in social media and stays up-to-date on the requirements and latest features of different social media platforms.
- Can develop performance-driven social strategies for both existing and net-new channels and has experience working with social media analytics.
- Demonstrates strong copywriting skills in Ukrainian across channels, and c an translate content from English into Ukrainian and adapt it for various communication needs.
- Has a keen design eye and can communicate ideas and feedback clearly with designers.
- Has some experience with Photoshop/Figma (or any other graphics editor) and is able to edit basic social media assets.
- Is enthusiastic about creating mobile photo and video content.
- Is fluent in Ukrainian and has a very good to excellent skill level in both spoken and written English.
- Effectively builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Has at least basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and is eager to learn more.
