What you will be doing
Social Media Strategy & Management
Design and implement creative social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Collaborate/align with HQ, marketing & Brand teams to ensure brand consistency and align on local influencers partnerships
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
Manage a budget for social media activities
Maintain relationship and current information trends with social media partners such as Facebook, youtube, snapchat, tiktok and any new emerging platform
Content Conceptualization & Management
Manage the day-to-day handling of the creative agency on content creation ensuring Local relevancy while maintaining global brand aesthetic
Oversee social media accounts’ design with creative agency that covers all content forms i.e video editing, capturing, photography, animations, translation of text
Social Media Execution
Creation of social media calendar
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

Digital Media
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Define digital media strategy to generate specific KPIs i.e Awareness vs Consideration vs Conversion and how best to allocate budget
Manage a budget for digital media campaigns
Social & Digital Media Reporting & Analysis
Determine reporting cadence for social and digital activity
Define tools for benchmarking and reporting
Analyze competitor activity & recommend improvements to increase performance
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like competitions
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
Analyze competitor activity & recommend improvements to increase brand performance

What you’ll need to succeed
Proven work experience as a Social media manager (At least 7 years of Managerial SM experience)
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to Manage creative agency to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Arabic is a Must
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
