Job Specifications
- Skill Level: Entry
- Starting Wage: As of October 2022, all minimum wages will be $20 an hour.
- Shift Availability: Full Time – Midnight Shift 7 days on 7 days off.

If you enjoy the mountains, working independently within a team, and you are an experienced heavy equipment operator, farm equipment, or driving large machinery, this is the career for you!
Job Duties
- High safety responsibility and sensibility to maintain a safe snowcat operation, as well as safety of employees, guests and self
- Maintain mountain skiing and snowboarding surfaces to finest level possible
- Ability to learn how to operate slope grooming equipment and basic mountain operations
- Minimize down time through basic preventative maintenance, cleanliness and up-keep of machine
- Maintain good working relationships and communicating work instructions with co-workers
- Receive daily working instructions from Advanced Operators, Specialists, Lead Hands and Supervisors
- Daily communication with fleet maintenance shop concerning mechanical problems
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions - required
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check - required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to shovel snow
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Able to climb on and off vehicles frequently
- Able to sit for extended periods of time while operating the snowcat
