We are a small team with diverse skills and big plans. Our mission is to reveal the impact of food on people’s health and we are looking forward to bringing the app to millions of users. To support us on our journey, we are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager passionate about the subject. As a member of our small team, you will have a great impact on shaping the product, as well as the culture.
Tasks
You will be the driving force behind all aspects of marketing our app to consumers. This includes leveraging paid ads, content / SEO, ASO, partnerships, and more to acquire, convert and retain customers.
You design, implement and optimize user acquisition campaigns across a variety of channels. Today we mainly use Google Adwords and Facebook but are open to experiment.
You optimize our organic search traffic on the Appstore (ASO) as well as SEO of our website and blog.
You create the required marketing and communication assets (visuals and copy) for our campaigns.
You take care of our social media channels, website and other consumer facing communication assets.
You engage and manage potential third party marketing partners (PR agencies, copywriters, etc.).
Requirements
You have a proven passion for marketing at startups in a B2C context.
Expertise in using analytics tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Semrush, Google) and ad platforms (mainly Google, Facebook)
Solid graphical skills with Figma, Sketch, Affinity, Photoshop or similar.
You are able to write and speak German as well as English fluently.
Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel and mobile attribution solutions like Appsflyer are a plus.
Basic web development skills are a plus.
