Job Title: CRM and Social Media Intern
Hours: Temp to perm role with an initial 6-month FTC

Location: Hybrid home working and office in Soho, London
Skindays brings the offline, in-store, guided shopping for skincare to a managed online marketplace. The skincare market is huge, at $148bn, yet the personalisation that makes the in-store experience so popular has never been replicated online.
Skindays bridges that gap by offering customers an online marketplace with a carefully curated selection of brands, personalised recommendations and a “Skincare Coach” customer account. Founded by ecommerce experts with a deep understanding of the market and passion for the product, Skindays recently launched in the UK with 45 brands and +1k users.

Due to rapid growth, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic CRM and Social Media Intern to support the Marketing Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has their finger on the social media pulse and is keen to develop a new responsibility in a fast-paced company.
Responsibilities
Implementing our CRM and Social Media strategies and appraising their impact on the customer journey
Optimise existing and identify improvements and new opportunities of multi-channel communication
QA and testing of automated and manual key communications
Benchmarking CRM trends and innovations and recognising and proposing new methods of communication
Reporting on performance against relevant KPIs both internally and to external agencies
Assist the marketing team with ideation and creative content concepts
Be the eyes and ears of competitors and new emerging trends in the social landscape
Support the company in storytelling and content capture using new innovative ways to engage with our audience
Assist with the programming of content on our channels
Production of high-quality, exciting, and engaging copy and content. Adhering to our visual aesthetic and tone of voice
Help create and segment our audience into different email flows to drive sales and engagement
Engage with followers and community members on various social media platforms
Capable of tracking ongoing business activities and reporting on both CRM campaigns and social media channels
Attend industry events where required
Be able to speak about our brand with passion

Experience And Skills Required
Driven to think of unique and innovative story ideas
Creative-minded with experience in delivering and executing ideas
Agile worker and comfortable with changing circumstances
A confident, self-starter
Outstanding organisational and communication skills
Well organised and confident with planning and prioritisation skills
Quick and thorough at grasping concepts and contexts
Strong video and image editing capabilities
Excellent IT skills including experience in GSuite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite etc
A professional and thorough approach
A minimum of one year in a similar role is a bonus
