You will be joining a team of highly effective colleagues where supporting each other is an attitude, not just a wish. The focus is on building and maintaining a modern learning ecosystem at CARIAD. You will have the opportunity to work on state of art learning design concepts and projects. This has not been done yet? This will be what we want you for.
Knowing the skills within CARIAD, deriving the needs out of strategic analysis and filling these gaps using the best learning content providers out there. Be it learning platforms, be it specialists, be it community-based knowledge creation, you will be responsible to weave all these into a powerful system, that will keep all your colleagues prepared and ready to shape the future of the car.
What You Will Do
- Act as central point of contact for business units regarding qualification and learning
- Identify and analyze skill needs systematically and design a learning ecosystem to tackle those needs
- Design learning paths together with expert in their respective fields
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with autonomy and responsibility
- Discover, try out and implement new learning methods and formats
- Deliver just-in-time learning solutions in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
Who You Are
- Ideally, completed studies in Pedagogy, Human Resource Management, or relevant field
- Extensive experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Working experience in curating and managing learning content
- Skills and determination to coordinate complex projects in an intercultural and cross-functional environment
- Enthusiasm for solving challenging problems, learning new things and really making a difference in the organization
- Excellent communication, intercultural and language skills: fluency in English, German is beneficial; additional languages are welcome
