We are a small school in the very heart of our community. We are very fortunate to have some amazing and dedicated members of staff who all work together to ensure that our children feel safe, secure and are provided with a range of exciting and challenging opportunities to fulfil their potential.

We are looking for a brand new Site Supervisor following the promotion of our long standing colleague. We require the candidate to be someone who takes pride in their work to ensure that our school environment is the best it can be for all our children and staff.

In March 2019 we were extremely proud to receive a Good grading in our Ofsted inspection and we are continuing to go from strength to strength. In the last three years we have undertaken over a million pounds of investment into our learning environment with refurbished classrooms, office space, school library and playground. Grange Primary is an amazing school, with amazing staff and amazing children! You will endeavour to help towards the upkeep of our site.

We would be proud to show you more of what we offer and give you a tour of our site.

About You

Are you a self motivated hard working person looking to make a real difference in our wonderful Primary School.

United Learning

Grange Primary Academy is part of United Learning, a large, and growing, group of schools aiming to offer a life changing education to children and young people across England.

Our schools work as a team and achieve more by sharing than any single school could. Our subject specialists, our Group-wide intranet, our own curriculum and our online learning portal all help us share knowledge and resource, helping to simplify work processes and manage workloads for an improved work-life balance.

As a Group, we can reward our staff better: with good career opportunities, better pay, benefits, and ultimately, the satisfaction of helping children to succeed. We invest in our staff wellbeing. Our academies each have at least eight INSET days per year (with three of those solely dedicated to planning), and an ongoing group-wide wellbeing programme. It’s an ethos we call ‘the best in everyone’.

We are working hard to become a more diverse organisation – which is key to our commitment to bringing out the best in everyone. We welcome applications from everyone committed to this ethos and would particularly welcome applications from black and minority ethnic candidates, who are currently under-represented in the Group as a whole. We always appoint on merit. We are open to discussing flexible working options.
