We are looking for a Short-Term Planner within our SGRE Izmir office who will complete technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in short term planning and managing these tasks.

How To Contribute To Our Vision

What are my responsibilities?

Your responsibilities will include organizing, implementing, and maintaining schedule management system for operations and project maintenance schedule for teams to inspect Lifts, Cranes, and any other Statutory inspections in accordance with Contract. You will plan annual preventive maintenance, internal/external resource availability at a site, and load and capacity in alignment with long term planners. Additionally, you will track and control the degree of fulfillment of the planning of scheduled activities along with short-term dispatching of contract scope.

You are expected to provide transparency to project team via agreed reporting and meetings and to manage purchase procedure along with control of Work Orders (WO). You will also implement preventive maintenance activities as well as scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance activities based on activity planning. Another task includes overviewing of stopped WTG where you will have an up-to-date picture of WTG status for Project Management.

Some Other Responsibilities Are

  • Creating Task Lists and Maintenance Plans in SAP and monitoring created Service Order Handle.
  • Planning and providing manpower, tools, and spares for retrofit campaign – create and handle Service Order in SAP.
  • Managing MRS (Multiple Resource Schedule): plan tasks within MRS module of SAP and assign Service orders to the technicians and build respective teams
  • Creation of Transfer-Lists: Build teams, dispatch technicians to WTG strategically, manage permit to work (create, release, start/stop), execute customer specific tasks in SAP as deemed applicable.
  • Weather forecast and lightning monitoring, MORS updates, weekly plan communication to customers, managing project purchase order requirements, including VIM

What You Need To Make a Difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone with at least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Electronic).

You are expected to have at least 4-5 years of demonstrable experience in planning and 3 years of demonstrable experience in planning of maintenance activities. We expect you to have strong verbal and written communication skills along with fluency in English language (German and other languages as French/Spanish will be a plus for the candidate selection). You need to have excellent negotiation and customer service skills and an enhanced experience within productivity improvement and change management programs.

We also expect you to have…

  • Ability to follow technical instructions and technical drawings in English as well as SAP knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS office programs (excel, work, power point etc..) and diagnostic tools, proactive system checks
  • No barrier to drive (Class-B license), and SRC preferred
