NRC is looking for a resilient and adaptive executive, with excellent people leadership and budget management skills to join the team in Myanmar as the Shelter Project Manager (National Position). What You Will Do

• Shelter, Multi-Purpose Cash, and other Emergency programming development and implementation (activities, budget and project documentation).
• Contextual analysis and needs assessments.
• Project budget development and management.
• People management (recruiting, managing, and capacity building).
• Stakeholder management.

What You Will Bring

• Senior-level project management and implementation experience.
• Shelter, cash-for-work, multi-purpose cash and emergency response involvement.
• Strategic partnerships track record.
• People management experience.
• English fluency, both written and verbal.
