DCAF – Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance is dedicated to improving the security of states and their people within a framework of democratic governance, the rule of law, and respect for human rights. For our Resources Department, we are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to be our next:

Sharepoint Officer (work rate 50 %)

Location: Geneva

Starting date: As soon as possible

Duration: 6 months fixed-term contract

The Role

Your role will primarily be to provide Sharepoint support to end-users.

You will also assist the Sharepoint manager for the migration to Sharepoint online as well as help with other tasks in relation to the digital workplace (O365).

You will be reporting to the Sharepoint Manager within DCAF’s Resources Department.

Key areas of operation:

  • Support users on Sharepoint 2013 (helpdesk, content creation, site administration, managing permissions).
  • Support for existing Nintex Workflows.
  • Assist during migration to Sharepoint online (testing, validation).
  • Assist in other tasks relevant to the role

Your Experience

  • Excellent functional and administration knowledge of Sharepoint on premise
  • Experience with Nintex Forms and Workflow.
  • Good Functional knowledge of the O365 application suite (Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint Online, Forms, Planner etc.) is desirable
  • Experience with Sharepoint migrations (Sharegate or other third-party software) is an asset

  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels, remaining positive, flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and managing multiple demands.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written French and English

Requirement

  • Swiss or EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Switzerland at the time of application is a pre-requisite
