We are looking to engage with a part time HR consultant – Shangri-La – MEIA (Middle East Europe India Indian Ocean Americas). This role will be for 4 hours per day, 5 days per week Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the VP/AVP – HR and Snr Manager of Learning & Development on critical business projects
Work with Shangri-la office management on Employee related activities and celebrations
Prepare Power Point presentations and other related communications to human resources function.
To be the guardian and administrator of the Rewards and Recognition program for the Regional office and hotels in the MEIA region
To assist with the administration of HR Connect (Shangri-La HR platform) and Learning experience Program ( Shangri-La Academy platform)
To be involved in basic compensation & benefits matters
Prepare and maintain new and current employee files for the MEIA region (regional office, global sales office and senior hotel staff)
Prepare, coordinate and conduct Colleague on-boarding procedures for regional offices and hotels
Assist in opening bank accounts, applying for insurance and other visa related matter
