The Service manager will hold the CQC registration for our 24 hour services within our Support to Live at Home business stream, working out of our registered office at Lowestoft Community Hub . Offering a person centred support to individuals that have complex needs or require 24 hour packages due to a Learning disability, Autism or other Social Care needs.
The successful candidate will hold a joint registration over our services and will ensure all support provided is of a high quality and takes account of customers’ needs and preferences. They will work with, coach and mentor the Team Leaders for each services to work to the expected standard and to support the staff teams in a manner which reflects our organisational values and objectives.
You will be required to oversee day to day operations whilst developing strategic action plans to ensure a process of continuous learning and improvement is embedded in to the culture of the team .
The successful candidate will also be expected to work with ACS , local healthcare professionals and internal operational colleagues to ensure and promote the smooth running of the services, so some experience of this kind of partnership working would be advantageous.
We are looking for a positive, flexible and resilient individual with at least 3 year experience in Social Care Management.
An RQF level 5 in leadership or Social Care would be an advantage but not essential .
Drivers License essential.
