Job Description

What’s the role?

Enterprise Technology SOM Service Integration is the Central team who manages Incident / Problem / Technical Debt /Change and Asset and Configuration for all Pillars under Enterprise Technology SOM. This role will require a lot of coordination and understanding the process to enable us to develop the reports required for Management and monitoring daily activities and compliance.

Key Accountabilities Will Include

  • Manage end to end aspects of EOL (End of Life) Processes such as scoping, discovery with the ability to perform due diligence and share with stakeholders
  • Risk Analysis and Documentation for all associated processes
  • Contact the application focal to understand the application roadmap and segregate into Migration candidate/Delivery Vertical managed migration/Direct decommission.
  • End to End tracking and follow up along with financial aspects for all decommission projects
  • Responsible for ServiceNow Reporting for incident / asset & configuration, Incident / Problem management, and Change management across Enterprise Technology SOM pillars and services.
  • Share the responsibility for managing Incident/ Problem / Change process / Asset & Configuration processes across Enterprise Technology SOM pillars and services.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders for Planning and Integration related activities
  • Creating various reports based on business requirements and circulating them at agreed frequency and agreed format which may need flexibility and adaptability.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have a bachelor’s degree in IT and/or Management with proven IT and ServiceNow experience on process and reporting.

  • ITIL Process knowledge – Incident / Problem & Change Management
  • Complete understanding of ServiceNow, specifically relevant to reporting/ dashboard
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively & influence others in a cross-functional, multi-application, multi-service providers environment
  • Self-starter with good analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Security and regulatory policies.
  • Experience of working in a virtual cross cultural global team environment
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
  • Ability to take periodic calls outside of working hours to facilitate working in a global environment

Having The Following Qualities Is Also An Advantage

  • Knowledge in Power BI and Salesforce
  • Knowledge on Compliance and Controls
  • Hands on experience on Migration, Debt consolidation for IT Infrastructure and Application support
