Service Expert (D365), Client Excellence Platform, Global IT

Main tasks:

  • Provide service (technical and functional) expertise in service related projects (incl. development, testing and operational implementation)
  • Monitor and report operational performance, analyze flows and define root cause of issues, incidents, bugs and drive resolution
  • Ensure communication and collaboration with business, IT and service provider stakeholder to ensure high user satisfaction
  • Support in service description and technical specification related to the service
  • Support the demand for service related items in the service catalogs
  • Support Application Management process
  • Ensure SLA/OLA service fulfillment (service continuity)
  • Continuous service improvement
  • Knowledge transfer to Support and Application Management teams and help desk, including service support and methodology documentations
  • Work actively to improve team performance and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance of IS/IT services according to legal and security guidelines .

Key competences:

  • Good knowledge of D365 CRM suite (D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service, D365 Filed Service, D365 Project Operations, D365 Customer Voice)
  • Understand the functional needs and technical constraints of the service and the service consumers
  • Experience in D365 configuration
  • Experience in Service Operations and management
  • Experience in working with D365 service support or maintenance
  • Experience from Service Operations
  • Experience from working with service support
  • Experience from working ITSM tools (example ServiceNow)
  • Experience from working in global environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience from ITSM process management
  • Experience from working with large suppliers in a global environment
