Our goal is to provide you with the tools and resources necessary to be successful in the role. You will be issued an iPad and take home vehicle with fuel card once you are ready to go out in the field. In addition, our experienced management team is readily available to assist you. Training is ongoing and our managers provide continued guidance and coaching throughout your career with us. We strongly encourage the growth of our employees to prepare them for future advancement opportunities.
We offer steady, full-time work year-round. Our wages are very competitive with a guaranteed hourly rate and uncapped earning potential. Our top performers earn an average annual salary of $130,000.
