Their subsidiary in Budapest is an outstanding participant of the Hungarian SSC (Shared Service Center) market since 2008, providing multilingual IT services with about 1000 employees.

Responsibilities

• providing phone and mail support,
• ticket creation/categorization/prioritization,
• communicating a solution or workaround in German,
• running reports on active users on a quarterly basis and verifying with managers.

Requirements

• excellent written and verbal communication skills English (B2), German (C1),
• willingness to work in a shift based work schedule,
• willingness to relocate to Budapest,
• experience in customer service would be an advantage.
