Their subsidiary in Budapest is an outstanding participant of the Hungarian SSC (Shared Service Center) market since 2008, providing multilingual IT services with about 1000 employees.
Responsibilities
- providing phone and mail support,
- ticket creation/categorization/prioritization,
- communicating a solution or workaround in German,
- running reports on active users on a quarterly basis and verifying with managers.

Requirements
- excellent written and verbal communication skills English (B2), German (C1),
- willingness to work in a shift based work schedule,
- willingness to relocate to Budapest,
- experience in customer service would be an advantage.
