Skills and Experience required

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal person will be confident in working with users at all levels and be committed to quality and continuous improvement. They will strive working as part of a team and bring energy, pace and structure to solving IT related problems

This will include acting as a first point of contact, troubleshooting and supporting IT hardware, software and systems for on-site and remote employees. You will categorise and assign incidents, problems and requests raised in the service desk. Proactively manage ticket updates, owning the ticket lifecycle through to resolution. You will be responsible for the IT on-boarding processes of user account creation, hardware procurement and the curation of IT documentation. You will also maintain our asset register with up to date information and tracking movement of assets.
