Service desk employee (m/f/d)

For a company in Cologne, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the service desk in full-time. Form of contract: temporary employment with a very good option to take over. The position suits you if you have experience as an IT specialist – system integration, IT system administrator, or experience in application support.

Your tasks

• Direct contact person and supervisor in the IT service desk.
• Material procurement of hardware and software
• Telephone and written customer support
• Quality assurance of various processes

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist system integration or similar IT-related training.
• First experience in 1st level support
• Very good knowledge of Windows 7/10, Visio and VMWare.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High level of assertiveness and service orientation
