The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

• Accept responsibility for testing of tactical and strategic business initiatives for FM eCommerce and coordination of the business plans, policies, and processes in support of those initiatives.
• Undertake strategic overall test planning and testing approach for each service (functional, non-functional, performance, automation) in support of the FM eCommerce strategy.

Business

• Participate in stakeholders meeting as and when required

Processes

• Accept global responsibility for producing functional and testing requirements for eCommerce systems to serve all parts of FM and the wider SCB group where they wish to utilise FM functionality.
• Constantly analyse, enhance and seek to improve the testing processes employed.
• Champion and implement testing automation at every opportunity using best of breed software tools for both server side and client side components.
• Identify and analyse strategic automation testing opportunities and initiatives on a global basis.
• Identify and analyse strategic performance testing opportunities and initiatives on a global basis.
• Demonstrate effective and accurate test automation skills in line with other project deliverables.
• Demonstrate effective and accurate performance testing skills in line with other project deliverables.
• Participate in regular testing review meetings and scrum meetings in line with the Agile workflow
• Perform hands-on testing – Design and execute high-quality test cases, test execution test automation. Functional and non-functional, performance testing

People and Talent

• Responsible for co-ordinating and managing performance and values, business conduct of team members
• Mentoring team members and stretching each of their capabilities
• Empowering team member as aligned with team delivery targets and Bank objectives

Risk Management

• Perform root cause analysis of issues to assist in determining the source of problems.
• Responsible for in-depth investigation of quality management failures or non-compliance
• Engage in MIFID RTS assessment
• Engage in other risk management programs that touches on FM eComm as mandated by the Banks

Governance

• Demonstrate effective test management skills in line with other project deliverables.
• Responsible for the delivery of testing activity within the team
• Collaborate with QA teams in Singapore and India with common objective of producing quality deliverable results
• Collaborate with other teams (Business Analysts, Developers, DevOps) towards meeting delivery timeline
• Own test reporting for every release delivery, in-compliance with Bank’s SDF, SCM
