Evolvice GmbH is a German software services provider with development hubs in Egypt (Cairo) and Ukraine (Kyiv, Uzhhorod) and well-known companies such as Robert Bosch GmbH, Porsche AG, the WTS tax consulting AG, etc. as customers. Currently, we are searching for a professional Technical Writer to contribute to the projects in digital banking sphere. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person.

Responsibilities

– Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards;

– Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content;

– Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our customers up for success;

– Develop and maintain detailed knowledge base of appropriate reference materials;

– Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement;

– Research and preparation of information in cooperation with the respective development teams;

– Collaboration with all departments especially with Software Engineering, Support and Product Management;

– Active participation in the development and enhancement of processes, procedures and tools.

Requirements

– 4+ years experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing;

– Experience with writing technical customer-facing materials;

– Knowledge of Java, Typescript; Rest, Microservices;

– Hands-on experience in software development;

– Advanced English.

Working Hours
