About the Position

Dexis Consulting Group seeks qualified North Macedonian candidates for several Senior Technical Expert and Component Leader positions on the upcoming USAID-funded Partnership Against Corruption Activity in North Macedonia. These positions are contingent upon contract award. The Activity will focus on:

• Enhancing the capacity, integrity, and accountability of the public sector to address corruption (including improved ethics standards and merit-based systems);
• Improving the performance of government institutions to prevent, combat, and mitigate corruption (including effective processing of corruption cases, internal oversight, and accountability); and
• Utilizing e-governance, digital transformation, and process optimization to decrease opportunities for corruption.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the areas outlined above required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience as program manager or technical expert on donor-funded activities, in the government, the private sector and/or civil society required.
• University degree required.
• Professional level English strongly preferred.
