KingMakers is looking for a solid CRM Manager who will be responsible to lead the vision and strategy of our mobile centric retention marketing efforts and also work with necessary teams hand by hand to set up a segmentation strategy and optimize incentives.You are going to drive the growth of our business by increasing the LTV of our users across all steps of the user’s lifecycle by hiring, leading and coaching a small CRM team which is supposed to grow substantially over the next few years and will have a significant impact on our growth.The Candidate has obsession with A/B testing and measuring, always analytical and data driven, insane about scalability and laser focuses on Growth and Automation mindset.What you will be doing:Collaborate with relevant teams to formulate efficient & sustainable journeys aligned with the business’s overall objectives.Design personalized journey strategies across multiple channels to address each segment and stage of the client lifecycle.Monitoring and evaluating on CRM Campaigns and activitiesDevelop and Optimize a comprehensive CRM Request and Execution CalendarEstablish best practices and standards for executing cross-channel and single-channel campaigns.Assess and improve the usage of CRM platform, and automate daily tasks.Customize and pull engagement and marketing reports from the CRM, and analyses reportsHelp drive awareness for new content, company announcements, upcoming product releasesSupport Automation efforts with his subject matter expertise by sharing knowledge.Help to scale and programmatically automate the growth processesPrepare reports or tools to generate reports on a regular basisBuilds event-based triggers that fully automates the marketing funnel AARRRWhat you need for this role:You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in retention marketing or lifecycle marketing and/or existing customer management,You have collected at least 2 years of experience in leading teams in a similar position and have learned to create strong teams which you lead by example with your enthusiastic and positive attitude.You have a background of leveraging complex data sets to understand how to optimize actions toward target goals, understand market trends and see opportunities for growth.You have experience with CRM tools like Optimove, Braze etc.You have a strong knowledge of SQLYour Stakeholder Management skills help you to effectively collaborate with other departments such as Product, Content and Analytics.You are good at data analytics and love making value out of dataYou are very comfortable with writing scripts to automate data and reporting processes very effectively (big plus for Python/Node.js skills)You are comfortable at using/building relational database structures.You have a love of finding out of the box ways to solve problems and building.You have high user empathy.You can seamlessly transition from high-level creative brainstorming to conducting and analyzing experiments and sweating the details.You are team-focused and highly collaborative.You have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.You are obsessed with getting things done and finding a way to do itFluent in English languageWho you are:Extremely Resilient and ExperimentativeConfident; Thrive under pressureFlexible: easily adapt to different styles, working modelsResults-oriented: purpose before process.Knows then to buy vs. buildGreat stakeholder managementFun to work withContinuous learner & Very curiousBeyond our great company benefits and competitive salaries, we recognize that to grow sustainably and thrive positively we need to engage the right talent because our people are a merit to our success.
