Senior Technical Analyst

• In charge of the translation of business requirements into solution vision, high level system specifications and portfolio of implementation activities/tasks.
• Participates in assessment of solutions needs consistent with the global business strategies (RFIs, RFPs).
• Ensuring quality delivery of the analysis, design, and build of the hardware, network, and common software platform components of software releases with the development team.
• Assess identified technologies and ensure that solution options are based on the target architecture.
• Prepare the development of the application by evaluating and selecting the development methodologies and tools (e.g. SDLC, Scrum, XP, RUP etc.)
• Understand and contribute to all design needed for the solution (Business, Data, Application, Technology)
• Define end-to-end software for the project/release and ensure that detailed design and development remain consistent with the overall of the project
• Drive solution development by guiding and mentoring the team through the entire development process towards building a prototype as well as the actual solution.
• Leverage on high level use-cases modeling
• Document application solution design and how it interacts with the larger Project Enhancement.
• Participate in the definition of any transitional Project Enhancement and assist in formulating implementation and migration strategy.
• Ensure solution building blocks are properly designed and support business requirements.
• Review ongoing implementation governance and architecture compliance for each building block.
• Good problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, and extensive experience presenting to IT managers.
• Good in debugging complex system.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to managing time effectively.
• Experience in solutioning & designing application with banking domain such as payments and core banking
• Experience in complex integration with multiple payment systems and core banking.
• Proficiency in Java/JEE, Spring Framework, JavaScript, EJB and JMS.
• Good understanding in Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for extensibility and portability.
• Familiarity with multiple technology stack such as Spring boot, Spring framework Websphere, Websphere MQ and Weblogic.
• Database (Oracle, MSSQL) and familiar with PLSQL
• OS – Unix, Linux, Windows, OS Scripting.
• Experience building, design, develop or deliver global banking application , payment application, corporate internet banking application
