Job Description
Essential responsibilities
- Responsible for the wing-to-wing recruitment process, including but not limited to, managing job posting and process compliance, job launch, sourcing and screening of candidates, interview arrangement, candidate tracking and weekly status updates to business partners.
- Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements
- Build strong relationships, and be an advisor to the stakeholders
- Partner with the business and HR to ensure business customer satisfaction, high standard of talent acquisition focusing on quality, speed and cost
- Develop and drive hiring plans in partnership with the business and Hiring Managers to ensure the right staffing levels and activities are implemented to support the business teams.
- Develop the expertise with the business & talent needs, to create diverse talent pools and pipelines
- Collaborate with People Leaders and HR to ensure a positive candidate’s experience
- Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various techniques to meet the hiring demand of the business
- Partner with local government bodies or institutions for career fairs
- Responsible for liaising with recruitment agencies, Job Board vendors and weekly reporting of TA metrics
- Coach People Leaders / interviewers to incorporate Careful Selection assessment during their interview
- Challenge current processes and highlight opportunities to improve on our Lean journey
- Effectively use social media tools in alignment with GE’s Brand Strategy
- Provide ad hoc market intelligence data to business
- Be involved in project work to enable better efficiency and productivity in the global Talent Acquisition function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with min 7 years of end-to-end recruitment
- Experienced in hiring senior professionals
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry is a plus
- Familiar with blue collar hiring in a manufacturing environment or Aviation industry is an advantage
- Effective influencing skills to drive change with stakeholders at all levels, including the business and HR
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Experienced in Employer Branding, TA process improvements and TA Projects
- Knowledge of Workday is a bonus
- Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively
- Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed
- Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative
- Problem solver: analytical, challenge the existing processes, critical thinker
