We are looking for senior recruiters who find the joy partnering with hiring managers to understand their challenges, and successfully helping them to grow their teams. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, You Will

  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting processes across different departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and Customer Support. Technical knowlege will be appreciated, but not mandatory to apply for this role
  • Own the recruitment process of managing positions (Heads, Directors, and above,…)
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach for hiring managers, supporting them to make the best hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates ensuring we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment life cycle
  • Build out talent networks and activate knowledgeable industry sources to develop and generate an ongoing pool of candidates through a diverse mix of sources. Developing creative strategies to source and attract top talent
  • Use your experience to always improve the efficiency and streamline talent processes
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to management and stakeholders
  • Participate in talent projects such as Employer Branding, DE&I strategy, candidate experience, among others.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast growth company dealing with high volume roles, and fast pace.
  • Experience in recruitment across different countries and continents. You have a strong network, and you always have someone in mind as soon as you open a new role
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent
  • The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
  • Proven success delivering recruiting results and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
