Our client, an international company specialized in audit, consulting, transaction services, legal and tax advice , is currently looking for a Senior Specialist in Financial Markets and Regulatory.

Key responsibilities:

• You will perform several tasks to understand the Client’s needs and provide the best strategic solutions for transformation projects.
• You will collaborate with the different teams with you structure and define specific solutions for the implementation of information systems of financial institutions
• You will you do a deep analysis of the current regulatory trends and try to adapt into tangible business.
• You will study the processes and functions in order to identify possible improvements regarding the cost efficiency.
• You will have the duty to recognize the primary market, trading , post trading and custody business.

• You will investigate every steps of Digitalization process.
• With the right commitment you will produce the best outputs (producing models / implementation) for transformation programs.

Your Profile:

• You have a Master Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• You have at least 4/5 years’ experience in a similar position or professional service firm and have a good knowledge of banking projects such as (regulatory projects, efficiency improvement, re-organization projects…).
• You have a proven client facing acumen to set and manage client expectations.
• You have an excellent communication skills with the ability to argument and gain the trust of our Clients while building a lasting relationship with them.
• You have an excellent autonomy.
• Is also expected from you to contribute to internal Company initiatives, in addition to client facing work, to further the development of their brand, their business and their people.
• Fluent in French and English is mandatory (any other languages will a valuable asset).
