ABOUT US��� At Knack, our mission is to help MENA companies develop modern leaders, at scale. We do that by providing employees within companies with personalized coaching varying from 1:1 coaching, team coaching, and other self-coaching tools.��� We’re an early-stage bootstrapped startup, looking for a purpose-driven, intiative, and creative Front-End Developer, who will work closely with the founding team to take our product to the next level. As such, you will be integral in delivering value to all stakeholders involved in a SaaS company.��� It’s essential to us that you build a passion and genuine interest in our vision and brand.RESPONSIBILITIESYou will be responsible for developing our infrastructure and foundation and implementing new capabilities into the Knack platform using agile and lean methods. These responsibilities include but not limited to:��� Develop, test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality, optimization and security��� Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code��� Implementation of security and data protection��� Design, optimize and update software database��� Independently install, customize and integrate commercial software packages��� Development of technical specifications and plans��� Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues��� Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges��� Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested
