Tasks

As a Senior SAP HXM Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our client’s customers navigate the complexities of digital transformation. You’ll be at the forefront of SAP HXM consulting projects, ensuring that processes are efficient and aligned with the latest technologies. With your expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, you’ll have the opportunity to take on significant project responsibilities and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptual preparation and implementation of SAP HXM consulting projects, focusing on HCM Core and SuccessFactors.
• Analyze and design efficient processes within SAP HCM/HXM, ensuring successful technical implementation.
• Take on project and application responsibilities, leveraging your expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and stakeholders, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, driving long-term partnerships and business success.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience as a consultant in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge in managing and organizing (sub-) projects is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English, coupled with excellent social skills.
• A business- and customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional solutions.
