��� Defining customer needs and CrossLinkx’s ability to meet those needs through CrossLinkX branch solutions and services portfolio.
��� Serve as the connection between the customer and CrossLinkx,
��� Manage client after-sales support to ensure customers��� satisfaction.
��� Propose and close deals of CrossLinkx solutions (Integration Services).
��� Develop a new business opportunity and close new accounts that allow the company to penetrate a competitive account leading to long-term business relationships.
��� Manage and meet the financial goals of CrossLinkx in the Territory, including the corporate reporting processes and setting the right prices for the market in order to grow the business.
��� Lead the overall Requirements life-cycle management working closely with the software development team and business stakeholders.
��� Demonstrate the functions and features of the product to the internal teams, partners, and customers, as required.
