As a Senior Sales Consultant, a summary of your role involves:

The Senior Sales Consultant is responsible for leading, managing and motivating the team at an operational level.

They will make sure that regulatory standards are adhered to whilst ensuring Accent’s values and expectations are upheld. With a sound understanding of our products, procedures and high expectations, you will take the lead in ensuring targets and KPIs are met whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

This role will achieve success by meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and KPI targets. They will add to an environment that fosters a culture of continuous improvements. They, and their team, will deliver exceptional customer service, go above and beyond and are highly driven in nature.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is £41,219 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post.

Location

The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to our Peterborough office. As a team, we meet regularly. We’re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage the use of working from home, as long as it meets our customer’s needs.

We’ll provide you with the equipment and software that you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.

Should you wish to work from any of our regional offices, you may do so on a hot desk basis which will need to be arranged via our online booking system. There may also be adhoc occasions where we require you to travel to one of our other offices, such as training or team events.
