Your tasks:
- Manage the whole recruiting process and ensure a modern and service-oriented recruitment process from both the candidate’s and the company’s point of view
- Identify and approach candidates and accompany them throughout the hiring process (including interviews and active search)
- Develop individual and target group specific sourcing strategies for our job requirements (together with our Hiring Manager)
- Manage internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure a good hiring experience (e.g. Hiring Manager, HR Team, Headhunter)
- Monitor and evaluate sourcing trends and recruiting KPI’s in order to continuously ensure qualitative high recruitment processes
Profile description:
Your Profile:
- University degree in Economics, HR or similar degree
- Professional experience within recruiting and/or active sourcing (Skills in running behavioural & competency based interviews)
- Familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and eager to learn about new HR trends and innovations
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, ability to excite and inspire people
- Pleasure in dealing with people, enthusiasm in the search for talents and fun in communication in an international environment
- Fluent in English and German
