Strategic responsibilities

This is a customer-facing role, you will also work very closely with Customer teams to ensure the success of our projects and be adaptable to the changes and requests.

Core responsibilities:

���Develop new change requests and ensure the stability of new changes.

���Ability to map new requirements to the correct test cases and execute different testing ���Unit, functional, integration and acceptance testing ���

���Installation and configuration of solutions on customers platforms (validation and production)

���Create project-specific documents (test cases, user’s guide, requirements documents, acceptance document, deployment documents ).

���Customer support during the validation phase

���Ensure the stability and reliability of the solution

���investigation in and production issue and propose the needed fix

���Prepare and upgrade the solution when a new version is to be deployed

���Provide training on usage of products and new features if needed.

Needed skills:

���You have an engineering bachelor’s or equivalent in Telecommunication.

���Working experience with Telecom providers

���Very good knowledge in Linux, and a significant experience in shell Scripting for Unix/Linux

���Good knowledge of Java ��� ability to maintain and debug current code.

���Knowledge in DIAMETER and UCIP protocols

���Knowledge in Oracle DB and VoltDB is a MUST

���Significant Test skills using tools: SoapUI and Jmeter.

���Experience in using Jira to monitor the progress of new changes and to track issues

���Experience with code versioning tools like bitbucket.

���You are autonomous and able to document processes

���Work on a distributed, high-paced, fast-moving, and disciplined agile team
