What We’re Looking For

A Senior Project Manager to our LR OneOcean Docmap team. You will be involved in various tasks and provide project management support for our Docmap projects worldwide.

As an international organization, you will have good proficiency in the English language.

This role requires work authorization for Norway.

The role

  • The LR OneOcean Docmap Team delivers HSEQ solutions to a varied client base worldwide. Our services are organized as projects that may run for a few days to more than a year. This role is to coordinate resources with the aim at maximizing the value for our clients and the performance of the Docmap team commercially.
  • Be the leading escalation point between the various Docmap roles and departments and assist Docmap consultants with clients.
  • Coordinate and prioritize between all Docmap project’s assignments worldwide.
  • Collaborate with Docmap and LR OneOcean departments.
  • Strengthen the Docmap Consulting team’s professional and commercial Project Management competence.
  • Act as an advisor and project management specialist towards clients.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by develop the existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer’s needs and requirements and maximize the performance of the Docmap consulting project portfolio both professionally and commercially.
  • Help conduct requirement gathering workshops and collect business requirements.

What you bring

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management for technical projects in the marine industry.
  • Preferably formal Project Management competence.
  • Leadership skills coupled with a curious and keen interest in new technology.
  • Proficiency in cultivating robust relationships with both colleagues and clients, adept at comprehending their needs and requirements.
  • A fervent commitment to instigating continuous improvements.
  • Background or experience in some capacity within the maritime industry.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
