P27 is the Pan Nordic Payment initiative led by six major Nordic banks (among them Nordea) and will establish a Nordic payment infrastructure that will consolidate seven external local clearing infrastructures and enable real-time, batch, domestic and cross-border payments in multiple currencies (SEK, DKK & EUR).

About This Opportunity

You’ll be joining TxB Product Management as a Senior Project Manager in the role as Senior PMO officer. You will be a part of a small team, that will play an impactful role in organising and facilitating successful programme execution over the next 3+ years and are expected to carry this role until all P27 programme implementation activities are finalized.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Setting up governance, tools and standards for managing the programme and supporting project managers using those
  • Planning, gathering, tracking, and reporting on outputs and outcomes
  • Information and logistics management
  • Resource planning, onboarding and management
  • Financial planning and tracking including funding requests
  • Risk and Issue tracking
  • Cross-project interdependency management
  • Setting quality control standards and tracking implementation
  • Setting and tracking change control procedures including change requests
  • Developing stakeholders’ map, defining the interest of each group
  • Planning, executing and following-up programme governance meetings (Steering committees, programme Forums, Change request Forums, Deep dives, etc.)
  • Planning and executing communication plans to stakeholders

You will join a highly engaged team, which focus on making a difference in all we do. The role is based in Denmark, Finland, Sweden or Poland.

Your Experience And Background

  • Sufficient experience of effective programme management. Having been a strong member of programme management team(s), preferably in significant change initiative in Nordea
  • Broad understanding of the business strategy and business needs
  • Solid proficiency in programme and project management methodologies, preferably DeliveryGuide@Nordea
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the use of the various tools to aid programme management
