Here’s where you come in:

As the Senior Program Officer, Mali, you will be in charge of Resource Acquisition contributing to the achievement of the goal and objectives of the Resource Development Directorate with particular emphasis on special projects and development of new grants for World Vision (WV) Mali.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, Social Sciences, or other related field • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing projects and budgets
• At least 3 years of experience working with international NGOs
• Good knowledge of the main donors (i.e. USAID) and their standards
• Good knowledge of program design, monitoring and evaluation practices
• Experience in project proposal development
• Good knowledge in operations, emergency relief and advocacy.
• Good command of written and oral English and French
