Senior Program Manager (Digital D&D)

As a Senior Program Manager of D&D Content working on D&D Digital, you will drive program efforts across teams in the US and Poland to enhance WotC’s official D&D digital content and toolset, D&D Beyond.

Our team is looking for a Program Manager that is responsible for the coordination across functions to deliver and actualize content in our digital tools for players and Dungeon Masters. You will establish a deep understanding of digital content delivery and represent your product and engineering partners in meetings across functions and other teams. You will work to get commitments from dependencies, anticipate risks, prevent bottlenecks, and ensure high quality deliveries.

You will create and maintain effective program management processes and track project progress and priorities. All to improve efficiency, identify project critical paths, and ensure digital content is delivered when expected and to specifications. You will collaborate with senior, product, and technical leadership across D&D, WotC, and Hasbro, engaging in regular communication regarding project status, risks, and change control.

Strong remote work experience and both written and verbal communication skills are a must. A solid understanding of, and appreciation for, D&D is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and lead multiple concurrent project plans for digital content projects of various levels of scope and complexity.
• Estimate future work and continuously improve estimation process to improve accuracy.
• Manage internal and external team dependencies to ensure work is completed on time.
• Communicate project status to peers and leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.
• Experience running sprints and proficiency with project management software, especially JIRA / Atlassian tools.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.

Nice to Have:

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
• Experience with Dungeons & Dragons.

$113,680—$193,560 USD
