About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Product team during the product development cycle, with the rest of the Marketing team during the Marketing development cycle, and finally deliver the go-to-market plan to your peers in the Field Marketing team, supporting the deployment in all markets. You will bring experience in product launches, product life cycle management and creation of go-to-market plans to position and promote our products.

For this role, you have to be able to think strategically, as well as bring the strategy to execution by effectively collaborating and leading cross-functional teams. . You will be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, from positioning and key messages to creating marketing collateral material in various formats (print, digital, etc.).

You will:

  • Own the product positioning, value proposition and go-to-market strategy for one or more new products
  • Lead cross-functional teams for the execution of the go-to-market plan
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our products, customers, competitors and market
  • Work closely with the Product team to align the product roadmap with customer’s needs and marketing strategy, considering as well the specific needs of each market.
  • Support new product development from concept to launch, representing the voice of the customer, and translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Evaluate performance and work proactively and autonomously with Sales,
  • Field Marketing and Product to develop plans and promotions to accelerate sales post-launch
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Work with various teams (innovation, design, content, acquisition, product, sales)
  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

Requirements

  • 8+ years work experience, of which 4+ specifically as a Product Marketing
  • Manager, Product Manager, Brand Manager or similar role
  • Experience in Technology, Automotive, Electric vehicles and/or Energy is a plus
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and verbal
  • Strong collaborator, effective project management skills and critical thinking
  • Strong quantitative skills
