Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a senior product manager with an entrepreneurial spirit that will be up to the challenge of building 4M first product line , creating products from scratch, and scaling them to become a significant part of 4M success

You will join a flat organization, lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with tech and business stakeholders, work at high cadence with fast time to market. You’ll work closely with the VP Products as well as the 4M leadership. This is the ultimate position for a leader, an experienced product manager, and a doer to influence!

You will join our Product Team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Full-time position, Reporting to VP Products.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years working on technology products as Product Manager in SU company or a new product/business line
• Entrepreneurial spirit, experienced building SaaS products 0-to-1, from inception to product-market fit.
• Strong ownership abilities – you’re self-driven and you feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus.
• Great communication skills and have the ability to thoroughly explain the rationale of product decisions
• Analytical approach and experience in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
• Proven record in building great user experience
