Amazon Food is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to build customer-facing products in a food delivery marketplace. You will work closely with engineering, design, program management, marketing, customer support, sales and account management teams on many unique business opportunities, including new product launches, product expansion, and marketplace development. You will build products to build seamless shopping experience for customers across core CX elements of discovery, search, checkout and payments.

When faced with hurdles, you enable your team and collaborate with your teammates to find mutually beneficial solutions.

Job responsibilities

  • Define vision and long term strategy for customer experience on Amazon Food
  • Quantify business opportunities by continually assessing the needs of the customer, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritization, and constraints to ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle process from concept to launch
  • Define customer experiences with high quality business requirements
  • Manage scope of each product launch to deliver on time and on budget
  • Execute go-to-market plans to ensure the adoption of new features and offerings.
  • Define, document, and drive key business metrics and reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • MBA from Tier 1 B-School with 7+ years of work experience with at least 5 years of experience working in product management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
  • Must have experience working with marketplaces or UX design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex ideas in simple terms
  • Experience of working in cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast paced and rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from Tier 1 B school with 10+ years of related work experience in product management
  • Experience in the F&B industry
  • Experience with analytical tools, e.g. SQL, R, Python, etc.
  • Experience with building engaging and delightful customer experiences
