SENIOR PORTFOLIO ASSOCIATE (Finance Manager – Real Estate)
Outstanding newly created role with high-growth real estate company in Atlanta. This criticalrole will report to the VP of Finance and be highly visible to the executive leadership team and cross-functionally. The company is in growth mode, is highly dynamic and this role will have varied responsibilities. Additionally, for a high performer, there is a clear path to Director of Finance level in the next year or two. The firm offers a competitive compensation and bonus plan, combined with great work/life balance.
The scope of this role will include tracking the performance of real estate investments, financial modeling, asset valuation, cash flow analysis, partnering with stakeholders to optimize performance, investment analysis and modeling, board deck preparation, and analyzing financing opportunities and deals.
The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will have:
- 5+ years of experience in real estate finance/financial analysis
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency
- Experience with Power BI is preferred
- Experience presenting data to senior leadership teams
- Desire for future career growth
- Executive presence and very strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics (related) from top program (MBA preferred)
- A history of job stability and career progression is required for consideration.
