About the role

As a central role in the Individual Giving team, this role will be supporting the growth of our ambitious fundraising program, with a focus on mid and major UK and European donors.

You’ll maximize mid size to large gifts, building a portfolio by identifying and engaging new prospective funders alongside cultivating relationships of existing donors.

About you

You’ll bring your focus for success, using your creative and entrepreneurial approach and a vision to spot new fundraising opportunities.

As an excellent communicator and collaborator, you’ll cultivate your relationships for long term management, building your portfolio into a range of achievable individual funding. You’ll have a solid understanding of networking the UK and European individual giving markets.

This role is based in London and therefore to be considered you must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK. Our hybrid working model currently requires staff to be in the office at least 20% of the working week however this is subject to review in early 2023.
