Senior Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of the company s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities. You will also be responsible to manage and develop marketing team to achieve company s common goals and missions.Marketing Strategies: Develop Marketing strategies and planning based on the data analysis and company s goalsMarket Research: Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.Customer relationships: Maintain and develop relations with customers and VIP members by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs and servicesGlobal communication and development: Liaise with group companies and collaborate /coordinateCollaborate and provide support and information to other departments in order to achieve company s common goalsBudget Control: Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Team management:Manage Marketing team members by providing guidance, consultation, and training on both individual and group settings.Build and maintain positive and ethical relationship and environment for both marketing team and the rest of the teams in the companyRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roleExperience in food or related industryLanguage Fluency in both Arabic and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Power pointExperience / familiar with IG, E-comers, and up-to-date technologies.Analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong and positive communication and networking skills
