The candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, as well as coordination and delegation capability. An entrepreneurial mindset is a must, as a lot of the time they will be working with a blank canvas and limited resources. The Super App Tenant Experience Manger will be part of a small, focused team that will play a huge role in shaping what Careem will look like in the medium and longer term future.Responsibilities & ObjectivesDevelop and align senior leadership on the strategy for the program and execute on the initiatives to achieve the organizational objectives.Deliver the methodology to assess and evaluate partner successDevelop and manage the governance model that will allow for high standards of experience delivered by partnersWork closely with product / design teams, support with delivering business targets and growthDevelop and manage the forums that will empower the continuous improvement in the partner offering including performance, quality and satisfaction.Oversee multiple cross-functional project teamsPlan and create scope, deliverables, stakeholders, timelines and priorities for new initiativesAnalyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, drive issues to resolution Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within CareemDeliver reports for management and key stakeholdersSkills And QualificationsBachelor���s degree5+ years in an equivalent roleStakeholder management, time management and organizational skillsExcellent knowledge of performance evaluation processesAbility to identify and implement repeatable motions and a common frameworks to allow scaling of the program with limited resources.The ability to influence without authority.Data driven – ability to analyze performance dashboards, identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to resolve bottlenecks.Ability to identify and respond to high-priority issues.
