Senior Manager, S/4HANA Landscape Architect

The S/4HANA landscape architect will define and maintain the solution architecture of CCEP SAP landscape & environment in alignment with business requirements, strategic design principles, architecture policies and standards. You will ensure a sustainable landscape and solution.

The business purpose of these activities is to align business design, and IT architecture and to support efficient execution of the SAP S/4HANA transformation.

You will be responsible for driving simplification and standardization across the IT landscape to minimize the cost of operations whilst balancing the need to provide the best solution choices to meet the need of local markets

What You Will Do –

• The S/4HANA landscape architect will be a key role in our SAP S/4HANA transformation
• The S/4HANA landscape architect will define the target state landscape and its integration into the CCEP landscape.
• The S/4HANA landscape architect oversees the complete S/4HANA landscape and ensures the solution design remains viable, efficient, and aligned with Target S/4HANA Landscape template.
• Defines implementation and development policies + standards for solution development to ensure a sustainable platform.
• Responsible for detailed design of application landscape of all Transition states required during implementation and rollout (i.e. Intermediatory stages of Application landscape until Target Landscape definition is achieved).
• Responsible to design and size systems according to business requirements
• Supports the business benefits realisation.
• Supports Solution development and deployment team and safeguard the fit to standard approach
• Defines solution design guidelines in line with architecture policies and guidelines
• Identify architecture design authority decisions, create input for architecture design authority decisions or support others in creating this material
• Responsible for identifying interlocks, interdependencies, and potential reuse across the solution
• The S/4HANA landscape architect will work closely with other solution architects, the business representatives, the solution implementation team, as well as the enterprise architects in defining & safeguarding the landscape architecture

What We Expect From You –

• Experience in SAP Foundations/Basis
• Experience in Solution Architecture role
• Experienced in large scale SAP S/4 HANA greenfield implementations – ideally in consumer goods
• Deep skills in S/4HANA landscape and tooling, SAP Basis S/4HANA, SAP Business technology platform and SAP tooling
• High-level of understanding of other SAP Product Suite offerings (including SAP Ariba, SAP IBP, SAP eWM,SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Deep skills and understanding of SAP S/4HANA deployed with Hyper scalers (MS Azure)
• Understanding of SAP Activate Implementation Methodology
• English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and experience to operate in a distributed matrix organisation and communicate at all organisation levels
• Experience of working in multicultural environment with teams from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent lateral leadership skill and 2+ years leadership experience
• Excellent abstraction ability and very comfortable handling complexity
