Salary: £48,000 per Annum

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to further embed and shape the next stage of planning and project management at Brooke as we enter year two of our Global Strategy. We are looking for a senior professional with skills across organisational planning project management. The post holder will join our Strategy and Performance department at an exciting time as we are embedding new ways of working including setting up a Project Management Office (PMO) proportionate to our needs. Working collaboratively with global teams including Finance, Programmes and Fundraising and Communications this post is key to champion and further embed improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and accountability.

Criteria

You will have led and/ or improved organisational planning and project management processes ideally in an INGO. You will have a strong background in Planning including an understanding of how to integrate planning and budgeting. You will have experience in Project Management including of donor funded projects and of a PMO. You will have a good understanding of change management and will be able to build on, improve and further embed robust, yet flexible, planning and project management processes and inspire collaborative ways of working. You will manage the Planning and Project Management team and build capacity where needed. In order to excel in this post you will need experience and understanding of overseas contexts and you will possess excellent communications and relationship building skills.
