Responsible for the overall management of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment process. Executes Business Unit Testing & Monitoring plans. Manages Corporate Risk and Compliance activities. Conducts risk and control evaluations for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements job aids and tools to facilitate the completion of policy and standard requirements. Identifies and implements controls to manage operational, financial, and compliance risks. Monitors the risk and control environment for weaknesses and identifies solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of controls. Oversees the completion of Business Unit Testing and Monitoring.
• Creates and distributes risk reports. Discusses results with leadership.
• Oversees the completion of business control projects. Oversees the development, implementation, and administration control standardization.
• Manages and develops a team.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Compliance, Internal Audit, Accounting/Finance, or Operations
• 8+ years of experience in Credit Card Industry, Internal Audit, Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance
• 15+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance
• Certified Internal Auditor
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager
• Certification in Control Self Assessment
