The Role

The Senior Manager of Business Integration & Operations will help accelerate & deliver the future of Fidelity’s Client Interaction Experience. This leader will drive cross business unit collaboration & simplification by bringing digital to life in our live channels while re-thinking how every Fidelity client connects to every Fidelity associate. Taking a customer journey lens – you’ll partner closely with the CIE Squad Leads and business partners to help define the digital capabilities & platforms essential to providing Fidelity’s clients & associates amazing experiences!

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

  • 3-5 yrs. experience in either Customer Service Strategies or deployment of Contact Center Technologies.
  • Systems and process-thinker, experience developing end-end customer focused Journey maps.
  • Experience working within a squad or tmer and associate outcomes.
  • Collecting data and customer(s) feedback to support analysis and insights that support decision making.
  • Detail oriented ‘ an interest in program management tracking and reporting.
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment.
