Introduction
Our client, a leading operator within the UK Telecoms sector, continues to make significant investment in its B2B infrastructure and build on its initial proposition as it looks to expand into the medium-sized business sector.
The Role
To support its growth, the company is now looking to bolster their in-house B2B team by appointing a Senior Legal Counsel.
Working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders you will take end to end ownership of projects as the business looks to launch new platforms and propositions. You will provide legal and regulatory advice on business products and services as well as reviewing customer journeys across all sales channels to ensure compliance. Furthermore, you will support the corporate bid team with the drafting and negotiation of contracts.
The offices are based close to the M4 corridor, and you will be expected to be on site for 2 days a week.
Experience
- A minimum of 4 years PQE having trained and qualified at a top city law firm;
- Ideally, you will have working knowledge of Ofcom General Conditions, EECC and relevant Telecom regulations;
- Proven experience of communicating effectively with, and influencing, senior stakeholders.
